STALEMATE Forum


STALEMATE



The STALEMATE forum acts as a booth at the Free-Software 'bazaar' in the shadow of the 'cathedral' of proprietary software.  It provides a public meeting point for practitioners and  academics within the information-technology sector, the financial markets and beyond.  Mailing lists, discussion groups and an extranet facilitate virtual collaboration on and around ongoing projects and activities.

Public and private space for general collective knowledge processes is offered on the B(asic )S(ystem for )C(ooperative )W(ork) server courtesy of the Fraunhofer-Institut für Angewandte Informationstechnik. Project support facilities for Free-Software development provided through Savannah, SourceForge and Hovercraft are graciously hosted under the auspices of GNU, SourceForge.net and mozdev respectively.

Through these various means community involvement in the the following projects is made possible:
